Czech Union of Beekeepers

The Czech Beekeepers Union is a civic organization and its members are beekeepers and supporters of beekeeping.

The Czech Union of Beekeepers has more than 52,000 members and 191 youth beekeeping groups. This is 98 percent of all beekeepers in our country. The Czech Republic is one of the countries with the highest organization of bee breeders in the world. Czech organized beekeepers breed 573,676 bee colonies (including departments). This is 97 percent of the total number of hives registered in the Czech Republic.
